TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Nebula Corsets, concerning your access to and use of the nebulacorsets.com website.
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for the Site.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.
ORDER INFORMATION
Work on the corset begins after the full cost is paid and the necessary measurements are received. The total order production time is 3-5 weeks, depending on the workload.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
The delivery cost is included in the total price of the order. The total delivery time is 7-15 days for Europe, 10-20 days for the USA, except for certain cases of delay of the goods at customs.
RETURN POLICY
Despite the fact that the Nebula Corsets does everything in terms of skill and communication with the client, so that the product will please her/him and bring benefit and pleasure, it may happen that you decide to return the product.
If the reason for the return is a mistake made by the company, you have the right to return the product, with a full refund for it.
If you have paid for the product and have not yet received it, for some reason you want to make a refund: the funds will be returned in 100% of the amount if the work on the order has not yet been started.
If Nebula Corsets has already started working on the corset, the refund will be made in the amount of 40% of the order value.
PRICING
The price for the corset includes the cost of the necessary material for its manufacture, the time of effort and skill of the master, the packaging and the minimum delivery price.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
CORRECTIONS
There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to the Site, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
